Wood, Director and Founder, The Timothy Initiative - George graduated
from the University of Birmingham, Business School and St. Petersburg
College, addictions counselor. His experiences range from the running
of Fortune 500 companies to developing a Christian recovery home for
the lost. One on one counseling of individuals on life issues including
addiction, depression and life purpose. Ministry experience over the
last 5 years ranges from a pastor to a parishioner. The most important
wisdom gained is the knowledge of grace. We are all equally loved by
God as His children. "I desire to inspire and lead others to the
realization that the magnitude of their actions in this life is much
more than they could have ever imagined." |
Matthew
Wallace, Assistant Director, The Timothy Initiative - Matthew Wallace
is a University of South Florida business school graduate with a B.S.
in business finance and a B.S. in business management. Matthew has
worked with a wide array of non-profit organizations ranging from
serving on the board of directors for a youth Christian organization to
being the Vice President of Recruitment for the Sigma Phi Epsilon
fraternity. Over the past few years, Matthew has been experiencing
the call to seek God in all things and strive to accept the abounding
love given to us regardless of our past mistakes. "I am seeking to
convey the infinite grace and love given to us through Jesus Christ and
use this love as a tool to motivate, inspire and equip those who have
been hit hard by life and struggle to stay alive." |
Will Barrett, Micro Business Designer, The Timothy Initiative - Will Barrett recently graduated from the University of South Florida business school finishing with degrees in economics and finance. He is experienced working with the homeless community, both here in Tampa as an Outreach Counselor at Metropolitan Ministries and as a volunteer at the St. Francis Inn in Philadelphia. Will hungers for a world where anyone desiring work can find it. He has realized that a community of committed Jesus followers is the most powerful thing in the world. |
John
Langley, The Timothy Initiative - John Langley graduated from the
University of Florida, School of Architecture. He is currently a
project manager with BDG Architects, Inc. located in downtown Tamp,
Florida. John, a lifetime Christian didn't experience the love of Jesus
until recently when he began to work with the lost and homeless in
Tampa. John has opened his home to those with a need to understand
community in and with the belief of following Jesus Christ. |
